Responsibilities
As Senior Partner of KJPP Rengganis, Hamid &Rekan, Hamid is responsible for the conformity with technical standards of all valuation reports produced by the company.

Professional Experience
Hamid has extensive experiences in property consulting for more than 14 years in property valuation and investment appraisal. His area of expertise is property valuation & consultancy, investment appraisal and agriculture appraisal.

Hamid is currently the General Secretary of the Asset Compartment Division in the Indonesian Society of Appraisers (MAPPI) and also serves as a member of Board of Examiners for Valuer Certification under the Indonesian Society of Appraisers (MAPPI)

His areas expertise includes operational review of agriculture business (productivity audit & optimization), development consultancy, market analysis, feasibility analysis, development project monitoring, asset & business valuation, plant census and plantation asset management.

Major assignments on which he has worked including :

  • PT Bararangga Wiras Muda : Coal deposit, Esat Kalimantan
  • PT Timah Investasi Mineral : Gold Treatment Plant, Central Kalimantan
  • PT Mohusindo (Makin Group) : Marbel deposit, Banjar & Tapin Regency, South Kalimantan
  • PT Salim Ivomas Pratama(PT. PP London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk) : Various of Property in several Provinces in Indonesia
  • PT Summarecon Agung, Tbk. : Various Properties in Jakarta, Tangerang and Bekasi
  • Sahid Group : Chained hotels in Jakarta, Bandar Lampung, Yogyakarta, Solo, Surabaya, Toraja, Bali and Ujung Pandang
  • AMCOL (Sinar Mas Group) : Over 150 agriculture properties, commercial and residential estate all over Indonesia
  • Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia : Share valuation of tea and sugar plantations in Sumatera and Sulawesi
