Responsibilities
As the President Director of PT Heburinas Nusantara, supervise the operational management of the Company. As the Senior Partner at the KJPP Rengganis, Hamid and Partners (RHP), strategic alliance with CB Richard Ellis, responsible for Portfolio Valuations, Research and Financial Affairs. As the Founder & Chairperson of Blue Economy Foundation, directing the operational Management of the Foundation.

Professional Experience
Dina has extensive experiences in valuation for more than 29 years and is responsible for major portfolio valuations of local and overseas companies. Including business development and client relations. In 21 years of her career as the owner of her own company, Dina has build a good reputation of being senior valuer in the industry. From 2012-2016, She was the Head of the Financial Control board of the MAPPI (Indonesian Registered Valuers Association) and from 2016-now, she is the Head of The Prevention Department Board of Assessors of The Indonesia Society of Appraisers (MAPPI).

Significant Assignment
In her 29 years in valuation, Dina has been successfully leading the valuation team to value the real estate portfolio of major property and plantations in Indonesia, as well as Feasibility Study at the Highest and Best Use (HBU).

Prior to set up her own appraisal company, Dina have spent 9 years as a Director valuer at one of valuation company, before she re-established the PT Heburinas Nusantara with her partners.

Education
Dina got her Bachelor Degree in Economics from the Jayabaya University, Jakarta and from University Technology Malaysia in Master Degree Property Valuation and Management.

Professional Licency

  • She obtaining the license for certified public appraisers as required by the Ministry of Finance No. P-1.08.00017
  • Functioning as the Senior Member of The Indonesian Society of Appraisers (MAPPI. 91-S-0167) – since year 1991. 
  • From 2012-2016, she is the Chairperson of Finance Controller Board of The Indonesian Society of Appraisers (MAPPI). 
  • From 2014-2018, she is the Functioning as The Coordinator of Valuation, Finance and Management, Small & Medium Enterprise at the National Association Of Indonesian Consultants (INKINDO)
  • From 2016-2020, she is the Head of The Prevention Department Board of Assessors of MAPPI.
  • Functioning as the Land appraiser license as required by the National Land Agency No. 501/KEP-200.13.1/VIII/2013
